普吉島桑納達別墅 (Villa Sonata Phuket)

NOT same as on pics. I decided to try staying in a villa with a private pool for the first time and booked one night at Villa Sonata Phuket to see how comfortable it would be for a solo traveler. The location is very quiet, far from shops, cafes, and beaches (only similar villa complexes around). If you don’t have a car or motorbike, I recommend bringing food or shopping in advance, as the nearest store (Tops) is about a 40-minute walk. For me, this wasn’t a problem since I enjoy walking and exploring. I liked the concept of hotel villas — there is security, daily cleaning, fresh towels and linens, and water, tea, and coffee provided. However, the villa itself really needs renovation. While everything was clean (floors, pool, linens), there were peeling plaster, moldy sealant, and scratches and chips on the walls. The lower air conditioner didn’t allow temperature control, so it was very cold; I had to use the upper AC during the day and the lower one at night. The staff were friendly and even allowed early check-in by one hour, which I appreciated. Honestly, when I first arrived, I was relieved I was staying only one night. The photos online seem to show the villas when they were newly built — in reality, they look very different. I also expected the pool to be fully private, but windows from neighboring villas overlook it. The high fence meant the pool didn’t warm up in the sun, so the water was very cold; I only swam once. The bathroom had a bathtub, but the moldy sealant made it unappealing to use. In the shower, all windows except one were frosted; I had to cover the remaining one with tissues to shower comfortably. Overall, I cannot recommend this place — for the same price, much better options are available. It feels like the hotel has been profitable enough for the owner to neglect repairs, which is disappointing considering the concept and potential of the property.

在網上見到相片很漂亮，價錢合理，於是直接預訂了5晚複式一臥室泳池別墅，一共港幣2330.3。 入住當日，我們開車到大堂辦理入住手續時，職員給我近大堂的11號房，一入到別墅，地上有用過的紙巾和落葉，泳池水上有些浮游生物飄浮，感覺很久沒有換泳池水，而且很多蚊，這時候，我馬上到大堂跟職員說需要清潔一下泳池和地上垃圾。 之後我回到別墅，房間有很重的發黴臭味，上二樓發現床架十分殘舊，入到廁所更加恐怖，發現浴缸邊都是黴菌，最恐怖的是浴缸底部有血跡！！！！！！！衛生情況極差，我馬上拿著行李到大堂向職員表示別墅衛生情況太差，我不可以入住，職員表示只有另外兩間別墅可以換，可是去到另一間別墅時，發黴臭味更加濃烈，而且2樓的浴缸情況仍然是充滿黴菌，我馬上向職員表示因為衛生情況極差，不能住，要求退款，職員叫我聯絡訂房網站.com申請退款，當刻的心情已經十分差了，帶著家人要尋找另一間合適的酒店，還要等待訂房網站.com的回覆，未知能不能退款。 晚上訂房網站.com回覆我表示別墅不同意退款，因寫明不設退款，我多次表示是別墅的衛生問題讓我不能入住，訂房網站.com多次表示會盡力協調。第二天我再開車到別墅大堂找職員直接溝通，職員只叫我打電話或者電郵給位於曼谷的公司，由於我在旅遊，沒有泰國電話卡，請職員幫我們打電話，但職員表示按公司規定不能幫我們打電話，於是我決定再等訂房網站.com的消息，當日晚上再收到別墅不肯退款的消息，別墅亦沒有任何其他補償，只收了我錢，我一晚都沒有住。 此外，這間酒店位置10分偏僻 若然要去市區需要揸超過15分鐘車 如果你要預約這間酒店懇請各位一定要自駕，但希望睇完這篇評論，不要再有人預約這間酒店，這間酒店的處理方法完全是不合理。 最後我只能在此提醒大家不要預訂布吉桑納達別墅，避免好像我一樣發生不愉快的旅行經歷。 I saw the beautiful photos online and the price was reasonable, so I booked a duplex one-bedroom pool villa for 5 nights, a total of HKD 2330.3. I found that there was mold around the bathtub. The most terrifying thing was that there was blood at the bottom of the bathtub! ! ! ! ! ! The hygiene was extremely poor. I immediately took my luggage to the lobby and told the staff that the villa was too unhygienic and I could not stay there. The staff said that there were only two other villas that could be changed. However, when I went to another villa, the musty smell was even stronger, and the bathtub on the second floor was still full of mold. I immediately told the staff that I could not stay there because of the extremely poor hygiene and asked for a refund. The staff told me to contact 訂房網站.com to apply for a refund. At that moment, I was in a very bad mood. I had to find another suitable hotel with my family and wait for a reply from 訂房網站.com. I didn’t know if I could get a refund. In the evening, 訂房網站.com replied to me that the villa did not agree to refund because it stated that there was no refund. I repeatedly said that it was the hygiene problem of the villa that prevented me from staying there. 訂房網站 repeatedly said that they would try their best to coordinate. The next day, I drove to the lobby of the villa to find the staff to communicate directly. The staff only told me to call or email the company in Bangkok. That night, I received news that the villa refused to refund. The villa did not provide any other compensation. It only collected my money and I did not stay there for a night. In addition, the location of this hotel is very remote. It takes more than 15 minutes to drive to the city. If you want to book this hotel, please drive yourself. But I hope that after reading this review, no one will book this hotel again. The way this hotel handles the situation is completely unreasonable. Finally, I can only remind everyone not to book Phuket Sanada Villa to avoid unpleasant travel experiences like me.

一定要避雷這家別墅，完全不是別墅，毫無私密性，我在晒太陽，工人竟然在我邊上施工。設施設備差，游泳池沒燈，而且都是各種小動物。一二層別墅，上下樓不方便，且洗手間在二層，洗漱上洗手間都在樓上樓下跑，空調也不好使，而且有噪音。3點多的點評分不是沒有道理，900多一晚你可以選其他酒店的

จองวันเข้าพักผิดวันและยังไม่ได้เข้าพัก แต่ชำระเงินไปแล้ว ติดต่อทั้งเอเย่นและทางโรงแรม แต่ยังไม่ได้รับการช่วยเหลือแต่อย่างใด รู้สึกเสียดายเงิน ที่จ่ายไปแล้วแต่ไม่ได้เข้าพักมากค่ะ 😢
